Okay, so I'm 15, a girl, and I go to an all girls school. I dunno if that had anything to do with what I'm about to say, though I've been seriously depressed over the past few days, a couple of times I had a suicide note on my desk and a glass of Domestos ready to drink, but I chickened out both times.Anyway, I've tried everything I've been recommended writing, reading, sports that lasted all of ten seconds , listening to music Starlight and Dancing Queen, but the after effects lasted about ten minutes and I felt so bad I wanted to die and relaxing.All to no avail. I just wanna know what the best treatment for depression was. And please, don't anyone tell me to go to a therapist psychiatrist psychologist etc. I ing hate them They always pretend they're your friend and they know EXACTLY what you're feeling and what you're going through.Just please tell me what I can do to at LEAST postpone or prevent any serious effects my depression may have in the future.
