ok so my mom's making me look up an inpatient clinic online for my cousin who's 17 who has been depressed since she's not good with computers and I can't find anything GOOD grrI need something amazing like this place in Massachusetts called Walden Behavioral Centerwaldenbehavioralcare.com but in new jersey....please help. some place where there will be people his age and possibly in a great location near a lake or somethingoh and it's inpatient where he can stay 2 weeks or somethingthank you but it's been going on for over 8 months and he refuses to leave the house...it's come to the point where no book could do him any justice. Inpatient care is neededthanks I checked out all of your links but none of them really meet the criteria my mom is looking for he needs a place like the one in M.A ....they are out of beds there that's why we are searching for one in njanyone else
Anyone know of a good FREE or very affordable depression treatment center in the US?
My poor Mother is suffering from a severe case of clinical depression. She needs in patient treatment at a depression treatment facility ASAP, but we can't afford it. Not being able to afford it, also seems to pile on more tears and only helps to foster her low self worth and low self esteem, making everyday seem worse than the day before. I am beginning to worry more about her daily as her condition seems to grow increasingly worse, PLEASE HELP ME TO HELP MY MOM, TY.
How do I admit myself to a depression treatment center (and would you advise it)?
Do I just go into the hospital or something? Can my guidance counselor refer me? What do I do? Would you advise me to go to a treatment center psych ward, where I'll have to live for a week or two?I've been clinically depressed for a while now. I missed the past month or so of school I am 17, a senior in high school . I think about killing myself every day. I cut almost daily though they are not deep ...and I overdose a lot on painkillers.I think it's time I started pulling myself together... It's really hard to when I'm cooped up in the house. I've been avoiding everybody, my friends, my guidance counselor... I'm going back to my therapist this Friday but it isn't helping.
