Develop your own sense of self-identity. Know yourself, the good and the bad. Do not be apologetic for whom you are.

This is gonna sound inappropriate, and rightfully so. however, if you're suffering from those three problems, sometimes an extreme answer works well. methamphetamine increases dopamine levels, and is proven to create a feeling of extroversion and self-confidence. bonus effects include markedly increased alertness and energy levels. while it isn't a long-term solution from depression, it does induce euphoria at slightly non-therapeutic dosages. there's a huge stigma surrounding methamphetamine due to it's high rate of addiction, but the withdrawal symptoms are generally safe. if you're a history buff, know that Jack Kennedy regularly used meth, AND it's still FDA approved.
