I try to smile when life hurts but i can't. The darkness inside my heart comes back stronger than before. I know greatness and the glory of god is all around us all. we don't have go anywhere to find it's already there for us. we must step up to claim it. But i feel every time i feel i'm on the path to claiming my god given birthright to happiness. i get derailed and go into a deep depression. sometimes i feel that it isn't my birthright. sometimes i feel unnecessary in the world. like the way i feel right now at this very moment. when i go through these depressions i feel that i am unworthy of life itself. My family does not know or can't even tell that i'm depressed sometimes. Most of they do i run my life. They try to dictate my goals, dreams even my view on religion. I want to move out of town to a place with better weather. Since weather sometimes effects moods. So i can see the world with fresh point of view. All I'm told is that " i'm not going anywhere. " "I'm gonna live at home till i'm 40 " "You should do this " Why can't you do that " I can never tell them how i feel. because i don't think they will understand. What do you do to help you brighten you view on life?

Getting rid of the causes of anxiety disorders is an ideal way to get rid of the anxiety itself. One must tell himself or herself that the feeling of anxiety or depression that he or she is going through at a certain moment will eventually go away and that putting too much pressure on one’s self will never help alleviate the condition. In order to divert one’s attention from it, he or she must start introducing new activities into his or her day. Never let the feeling of anxiety rule and ruin your day. Getting some exercise or doing some new, fun and exciting activities can help shake off the cobwebs and remove the spotlight from one’s self to one’s activities. Some also believe that by eating healthy and going through a natural diet can help lift up one’s moods. Instead of isolating and brooding on how you feel all throughout the day, why not go for a walk in the park or take a swim? Endorphins are released during exercise and these help in lifting one’s spirits up.

I know what its like to be depressed, and trust me it is a painful, lonely road. My best suggestions would be: see a psychologist, (if your depression is bad you should probably think about medication), definitely get medical help. If you dont want to talk to your parents, try talking to someone at school or seek medical help yourself When I used to be depressed I used to think I deserved it, and I was stuck in that zone. I used to feel like I never wanted to get better and I was always hopeless. I had horrible self esteem; never felt good enough for anything or anyone. I always felt like no one understood me and at times people would think I was faking. That pissed me off the most. The best way for you to get better, is to WANT help. That is the hardest part. For you to WANT to feel better. I used to cut myself, and do dangerous thing to self inflict harm on myself. Trust me this is not something you want to be feeling at all, or ever. I also used to have an eating disorder. Also I tried to commit suicide once.Trust me , I have been through at all.Right now you probably are feeling like its never going to get better, BELIEVE ME I have been there. I know what it feels like. And I probably already know all the things you are thinking right now or have thought. Now that I am better, I thank God that I am okay and I decided to want to live. It was a miracle I survived and I am lucky. You CAN be happy and you deserve to be happy.

Honey, that's all in you. Inside your head. For me, when I feel down or bad, I think that someone around the world is having it worse than me. In this case, right now, it is you. Do not give up on yourself. It's all about will power. Move on with your life elsewhere. Sometimes to be optimistic, you have to be a little pesimistic. Not everything is a bed of roses...There are going to be many obstacles towards achieving your dreams, and goals, or anything that you want in life. You just can't give up and let others rule your life. As of right now, you are the boat and they are stirring you in whichever direction they want. It is time to take control of your life and get on with it!!

Thats a really rough life Im so sorry it happened. Hurting people hurt others. They are sick and being mean makes them feel better. People/ kids/ parents do mean things or lie to manipulate. They just want the reaction so they can get high feel good from it. The words are not true. They have the problem. When you have a bad past/ rejection/ father gone it lets other things start. Depression, cutting, OCD, anxiety, panic attacks, hearing voices can all come from a tramautic past. Its opens doors to the negative and they start to dwell closeby.
