Question: How to tell your mom you think you're suffering from clinical depression?

Not just like a 2 day bad mood thing.. Legitimate depression. What do I tell her.. I want to go see a doctor but I guess I have to tell her..

You dont have it, see a doctor, the doctor will tell you whether you have it or not. you cant just decide you are sick
