Then go get help. See a counselor/ therapist. So many people say "I can't go to a doctor/ counselor/ therapist " or "I don't want to see one ".....whatever. If you say that, then you really LIKE your misery and you aren't ready to get better. If you REALLY want to stop feeling like this, you'll do whatever is necessary---and that means getting professional help. NOW. |

I suffered from an inferority complex for the first half of my life. Then, by the grace of God, I just quit caring what other people thought of me and started pursuing my own interests. Now I have more friends than I can deal with. I know how absolutly certain you feel that you are somehow 'different and inferior'. It seems so real, but the truth is that this is an illusion. And, it is a self fulfilling illusion in that you are sensitive to, and therefore, look for evidence of your own inferority. Start challenging that basic assumption that you are inferior. Don't allow your mind to dwell on this, instead, know that you are just fine, as good as any and better than some. If this persists, seek counseling as you may be suffering from a chemical imbalance and there are miracle options out there. |

Stop Claiming it. I suffered from panic attacks . I prayed and prayed. I truly became a prisoner of my own mind. I kept asking God why wouldnt he remove this from me. Once I stop asking him why. And just kept praying he removed that spirit that ruined my life at that time. I stop fearing the panic attack and allowing myself to have one . Because I trusted in the Lord that it would soon be over. Had them for 3 Months and i havent had them now for 5 years. Thank God . Did you know that fascination has power? This law states that whatever your fascinated with becomes fastened to you! What grabs your attention? Are you one of those people who slows down when you see a car accident or are you the first in line for horror films? If so, be careful! Because fascination has power! Become enchanted with lovely things such as beauty, family, health, wealth, success and happiness, and these things will become fastened to you! (Remember!) Use your power of fascination wisely and watch your life improve! Have a fascinating day! :) "Be patient towards all that is unsolved in your heart, and learn to love the questions themselves. " We must understand that our primary aim is to feel and experience joy. If meditating for an hour is it, then do it! If it's eating a burger, then for Goodness sakes do it!!! Author: Jack Canfeild has a saying.. " If it ain't fun, don't do it ". Ask Yourself "What is my joy "? And as you find it and commit yourself to it, to joy, the law of attraction will pour an avalanche of joyful things, people, circumstances, events and opportunities into your life, all because you are radiating joy. (Remember!!) Follow your Bliss!!!!! :) Rev run |
