Well, it definitly sounds like you are dealing with severe depression. I'm wondering what sorts of things you are going through in your life. If it's school problems, get out of there if it's too overwhelming. If it's problems with your family or parents, discuss it with them and don't hold anything back. If it's work related, quit as soon as possible. I went through severe depression for 2 years and still deal with it today but only minor problems still exist. For me it was hard because I was in highschool and thought the world was out to get me. I was selfish and stupid. I'm not saying that your either selfish or stupid, but suicide is actually both of those things. If you think about it, suicide is all about you and no one else. My suggestion to you is go outside and scream as loud as you can...except if you live around a lot of houses. Go to a therapist and discuss your issues. Talk to a psychiatrist and they will prescribe you medication. Go for a run everyday and do some yoga. All of those things will help...trust me. |

Dont take the easy way out.. seek help, talk to someone you can trust, someone that will listen..... lots of times writing things down can help you sort your thoughts! have hope.. be strong.. and plan for things that will help you feel excited about life ! |

Sometimes life can be difficult, try focusing on the positive aspects of your life. Friends and family can give a lot of support if you explain to them how you're feeling. In life there are bumps in the road but a lot of people overcome that by focusing on all of the good. Look at the bad, what is it that's making you upset? The source of the problem and figure out what you can do to change that negative thing that's giving you those bad feelings and turn it into something positive. |

If you are having these feelings you need urgent medical attention. Get yourself straight to the doctor. Please don't commit suicide there is a whole life ahead of you. You still have good things to achieve. |

You shouldn't, it's selfish and a coward's way out. Life is never as bad as you think it is. Call 1-800-Suicide if you keep having destructive thoughts like this. Regardless of whether you think so, people care about you. Don't hurt them too.. |

Life might suck today, but it won't always suck so bad. There will be happiness in your future. Talk to a counselor at school, or make an appoint with a counselor or your family doctor. Anti-depressant medication might help you. Sometimes exercise helps, if you can get out and walk 30-60 minutes a day that really does help a lot. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. |

Dont do that. you may think it solves things and in a way.. i suppose it does. but only for you. you leave your family and friends with an emptiness, put them through SO MUCH pain. you cant even imagine. find something you love to do [guitar, horseback riding] music is a life saver. and when you start feeling bad.. go back to that. calm yourself with happiness. hope it works.. im sure your a great guy = ) |

Please don't. The pain of loosing someone to suicide is horrible, it never gets any easier. Think of your family, and how loosing you that way would make them feel. If you don't have family, think of your friends. My grandfather committed suicide Christmas of last year and I still wake up with nightmares. You are here for a purpose. Life gets tough, but giving up isn't the solution. Find something that makes you happy, and cling to that something. Don't let the hard things in life get you down, because once the darkness is over, the light comes. |

Yes, it sounds like you have depression. Go see your regular doctor and s/ he can refer you to the proper mental health professional. If you don't have a doctor, see your counselor at school, or at work. Or just call a local suicide hotline and they can help you. It is important to get help. There are lots of possible solutions, but the sooner you get help the better. Good luck. |

Its normal one time in my life i was very depressed my first girlfiend broke up with me she dident know i would take it that hard so i'd be regretting everything i done and i though about suicide many, many times to be honest i attempted slitting my wrists until i stoped and figured out the brightside to my world so before you go out to hang yourself, slit your wrists, or even jump off a bridge just stop and think about who is going to be affected and find your brightside |

There is always something worth living for! if you can't keep living for yourself, keep living for those who love you, and would never be the same if you hurt yourself in any way. there are many anti suicide hotlines you can call if you ever feel the urge to end your life. there are also MANY people you can go to if you need to talk to someone from friends, to therapists, to school counselors...even people online such as myself would be willing to talk to you anytime you need it. i have felt many of the same feelings you are feeling now, and i promise you, things do get better! I may not know the exact details of what you are going through, but i assure you, i have been there, and can sympathize. If you ever need to talk, remember that I, along with many others are here for you. You will get through this! <3 |
