Does anyone know a natural cure for Depression?
I have been unemployed for about 10 months, not from lack of trying as I have been actively searching I even tried local fast food places in which I was told I was over qualified. Well, my health insurance ran out and I am suffering from depression so my doctor gave me a prescription but I can t afford to fill it just yet. I was wondering if anyone knows of a natural cure for depression, preferably one that does not cost a lot and won t cause weight gain I have gained 30 pounds since losing my job which only adds to the depression . The doctor even told me the pills she was giving me, Effoexor xr, can cause weight gain which I don t see how you can end depression when you re putting on weight, seems like that would cause depression. If you know of a natural cure please let me know, I want my optimism back and I want to be depression free. Thanks

Basically my parents got divorced and a family member recently passed, and I've been feeling depressed. I see a therapist, but I don't want to be on medication. I'm not even enjoying running, which I used to love. Any suggestions? Thank you so much
