Sleep deprevation works for me. I get 3-5 hours of sleep, otherwise I feel like crap. Try it for a couple nights, you might be surprised or it may make things worse. Worth a try though, right? Other than that, I like to play loud music, with earphones for the sake of others, find a friend that I can chat with pointlessly, girls are better for that, and find something that makes you feel more in control, for me that's Earl Grey tea with loads of sugar and singing badly to the radio. |
