Exercise, healthy eating, sex. Also St Johns Wort is a clinically proven Anti-depressant, whats more it's totally natural, you can buy this from chemists etc.

Try St.Johns Wart,omega 3 fatty acids and get out in the sun as much as you can(10 min's a day is good).The sun helps raise the serotonin in your brain which causes happiness.

Depression - is nothing but the imbalance state of mind. To get rid of this small thing, there are some very natural and really effective way. Just start with one step and second will come by itself. ...First of all - Balance your food. Avoid all spicy, hot food. Avoid smoking and alcohol cos these substance bring darkness in our life. So try to stay away from these. Yoga, Pranayam (Breathing exercise) and Meditation. Meditation is must must and must. You have to do nothing. Just go to any dark room, sit there for some time (try to increase time), and just DO NOT THINK. If you want play some very soft music. Actually by the time of Meditation there should not be any sound but in the beginning, it will help you. Try to keep silence. Speak only when its needed. St. John's Wort helped me when I was going through a rough patch. You have to be careful when you take it though because of interations with certain prescriptions for heart or blood problems. Doing some yoga or pilates always helps me too.
